DESCRIPTION What inspired me to make this oil-painting on canvas of big format was the view from the interior of this house in ruins in the Isleta de Moro, in Cabo de Gata, Almería. It is seen the brightness of the sea at noon, with a abandoned mariner rope and rests of a mariner ship on the outside. It was painted in 2008 and today it is restored with modern style and people are living. I feel attracted very much to paint old motifs that are about to disappear, which it makes that, when painted, stay in the memory forever.
